Build Custom computer shut off after the second pressing the power button ..?
custom built computers I have worked well throughout the year that I already have one, except for a loose wire off the issue. One day I was playing the game when I randomly colored blocks appear on the screen to fast a few seconds, then shut the computer. Since that time when I press the power button the fans turn on momentarily and then quickly closed the retreat!. Still there are lights on the mother board so the power shouldn't be a problem .. Please help and how I fix this?
Graphics card is the first port of call to die .. The reason I suggest this because nothing else happens, no beeps from the computer and if it was PSU probably only going to go "on" intermittent, graphics card is one of the first devices that start when you press the power button, and if you do not get Any view that chances are, usually with some other major problem Power On Self Test (POST) will still show some kind of error and vomiting. Easy to repair, just go to the computer store and buy a graphics card (if you know the interface card you currently have (PCI-E, AGP) and pull the old out, enter the new, quite simply, but if you are unsure take it to the pc repair shop ... - Daz Oh yeah and if your pc have a look at the check mobo no blown capacitors on it (you'll see a raised silver foil head higher than the others or it may leak electrolyte) if appearances are blown which can cause the same problem but some below can be and work well.
